The Three-School Alliance was a joint-alliance between Majisuka Jyogakuen, Gekioko Koko, and Yabakune Joshishogo Koko. Their aim was to defend their respective schools from the Mafia, who were trying to acquire the territories in which their schools are located. This group is exclusive to Majisuka Gakuen 5 and Lost in the SuperMarket.

Primary Core Members - Majijo had the most tension with the Mafia since Salt's rescue of Antonio.
- Miyawaki Sakura (died, gunned down by the police via order from the Police Chief, who survived the Alliance's assault on the Mafia meeting)
- Otabe (died, gunned from behind by Shu, who woke up after being shot once. Sakura killed Shu afterwards.)
- Katsuzetsu (died. After fatally killing Fujiwara Genji, she was killed by Officer Iidzuka.)
- Team Hinabe (all died, except for Kenpou, who transferred to another school)
- Team Nagashi Soumen (both died)
- Katabutsu (survived, led the guards of Majijo before succumbing to depression due to being the only known survivor of Sakura's and Katsuzetsu's Rappapas, disappeared until the events of Lost in the SuperMarket)

Secondary Core Members - The dispute originally began with Antonio being abducted by Ryuto Clan after Antonio messed up some of their members.
